About the Online Event
The Academic Innovation Alliance is not just another group of academic leaders gathering to talk about surface-level approaches to academic innovation. It’s a transformative community creating opportunities to collectively advance your thought leadership, tackle institutional challenges, and build a sustainable community of academic innovators. Together, we’ll explore how fostering a culture of curiosity, transparency, and open collaboration is essential for institutional success and the future of education.
This exclusive, invite-only gathering brings together visionary leaders of different roles, contexts and organizations to collaborate on shaping the future of higher education in impactful and sustainable ways. The online event marks 90 days after the 2026 Academic Innovation Alliance Sprint Zero event held in person at UT San Antonio. Whether you attended the Sprint Zero, came to a past AIA event, or are brand new to our community, you are welcome to join us on the journey to build and sustain a collective that is ready to tackle the big challenges and act upon the towering opportunities in front of us.
With gratitude to our event sponsors, UT San Antonio, APLU, and Opened Culture, there is no cost to register for this event. However, space is limited, so register now to secure your spot.
